Here you can find important information regarding investments.
The fact sheets of all Skandia capital protection funds are updated every month.
We use the investment funds listed below (collective investment schemes) as benchmarks within the scope of unit-linked life insurance and they do not constitute an offer to buy or sell collective investment schemes. Due to supervisory legislation, Skandia purchases the appropriate investment funds and the Insured participates in the value of the investment funds he selects through his insurance policy. Skandia Leben AG cannot sell these collective investment schemes directly.
The costs (risk and administrative costs) are deducted from the premiums paid and only the savings portion of the premium can be invested.
Collective investment schemes are always associated with risks which, in the worst case, may lead to loss of the capital invested. Previous performance is not an indicator of future value and any forecasts are non-binding. The risks include market risks, foreign currency risks, counterparty risks, credit risks, etc. The respective fund prospectus and KIID (Key Investor Information Document) describe the specific risks. Skandia does not accept liability for losses sustained or lack of profits, or other direct or indirect losses as a result of provision of the information.
Information about the investment funds is for information purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. In order to understand the risks and opportunities posed by collective investment schemes, or if you have questions or are unsure, we recommend that you contact your independent insurance broker. You should only invest once you have studied the corresponding fund prospectus and consulted your independent insurance broker. Visit the download area for links to the corresponding fund prospectuses.
Skandia reserves the right to change the selection of available funds at any time. A fund may also become unavailable for reasons over which Skandia has no influence. The provider in question may liquidate the fund or portfolio, or close it to new investments, for various reasons. This decision is at the discretion of the respective fund company. In such circumstances Skandia is obliged to replace the fund.
This information is directed solely at investors domiciled in Switzerland.
Skandia accepts no liability for information provided by third parties, particularly information in the fund prospectuses.
